Megan Crozier

Megan Crozier serves as Chief Merchant, Sam’s Club. In this role, Megan leads the team responsible for designing, selecting, and executing the curated assortment of items offered in all 600 Sam’s Club locations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico and on SamsClub.com. Megan and her team are constantly looking for new, innovative, high-quality items, at a tremendous value, to offer to Sam’s Club’s growing member base.

Megan began her career at Walmart Inc. nearly 20 years ago as an engineer in the Walmart grocery distribution center in Temple, Texas. In that role, Megan gained a deep understanding of the supply chain and replenishment business – valuable insights that continue to serve her today. Megan became a merchant in 2005 and held a variety of roles in the Electronics, Frozen Food and Dry Grocery categories within the Walmart Merchandising organization. She served as Senior Vice President, General Merchandise Manager, Packaged Goods, Walmart U.S., before joining Sam’s Club as Chief Merchant in 2019.

Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University. When not at work, Megan and her husband, Ryan, can be found spending quality time with their two young daughters.
