How about, a very Martha Mother’s Day meal, with a focus on celebrating the bounty of spring?

Fresh salmon, oven-roasted asparagus, and thirst-quenching refreshments are just a few of the recipes covered in this delicious Mother’s Day menu–and the best part is, you can make all these recipes using Martha Stewart's items found at Sam’s Club, or gift them for Mother’s Day!

Indulge in the fresh flavors of spring with Matha's Mother’s Day menu!

Make entertaining a snap with my versatile Rimmed Baking Sheets. A whole roasted side of salmon makes for an elegant presentation at the table, and cooking it family-style leaves plenty of time to arrange a beautiful bouquet or set a festive table. The mustard and herb crust is an excellent complement to the flaky salmon, especially with lots of parsley and dill fresh from the garden. The fish can be served warm or at room temperature, taking out the stress of an a la minute preparation.

Keep the side simple with Oven-Roasted Asparagus, and you have a nearly hands-off meal. A favorite spring vegetable, asparagus is often boiled or steamed but roasting is both simple and delicious – all you need is olive oil, salt, and pepper. Martha loves to cook asparagus straight from her garden, picked that morning.

For dessert, Rhubarb-Berry Crumbles can be baked ahead in the Mini Casserole Set. When you’re ready to serve, simply pop them in the oven to warm through, and top with a scoop of your best vanilla ice cream.

Send guests home with Creamy Lemon Squares, and store any leftovers in the Glass Storage Set.

5_Summer Cocktail.jpg

Offering guests a choice of refreshments is always a nice touch for a luncheon. Make a classic Orange-and-Lemon Iced Tea or serve a big batch of Pineapple-Mint Daiquiris in the Glass Pitcher Set. The iced tea can be made up to 5 days in advance, and the daquiris are equally tasty without the rum.

So let’s celebrate some of the greatest and most influential people in our lives. We know your mothers will approve.
