We’ve got incredible momentum at Sam’s Club, and we’re on the search for even more great suppliers to help us continue to deliver something special to our members.

Beginning January 17, we’re holding an open call for both private brand and diverse suppliers, giving you the opportunity to become a Sam’s Club supplier and bring unexpected products and services to our members. Are you ready to help deliver our brand promise?

Member’s Mark Supplier Summit

We’re investing in our private brand, Member’s Mark, and looking for suppliers to bring more quality items to our members. On April 5, ECRM and Sam’s Club will host a Private Brand Supplier Summit with the goal of building partnerships and identifying premium, disruptive items across all categories in club and online. As part of the summit, there’s also an opportunity to build relationships that support Member’s Mark packaging.

Sam's Club’s Private Brand team, along with our merchants, will meet with potential new suppliers to learn about their expertise and discuss new ways to surprise and delight members during the virtual summit on April 5. The collaborative opportunity allows us to co-create items that bring incredible quality and value to our members.

All Member’s Mark products must meet our Standards for Suppliers. We’re also interested in how these products are made and how their production impacts the world around us – sustainability is a top priority for our business. Similarly, we want to ensure we create respectful workplaces and continue upholding our high expectations for safety and quality.

If you think you could develop items for Member’s Mark that fit these criteria, click here to submit your company for the summit*. The deadline to register is February 17, 2022, at 11:59pm PST. The summit will be held virtually on the ECRM Connect Platform.

Supplier Diversity Summit

Sam’s Club embraces diversity in all aspects of our organization — from our talented associates to the supplier partners we work with to deliver the products and services our members want and need. Through our Supplier Inclusion Program, we provide companies owned and operated by minorities, women, veterans, people with disabilities and members of the LGBTQ+ community with equal footing to effectively work with us while at the same time growing their own businesses.

To help us continue building our network of diverse suppliers, we’re also hosting a Supplier Diversity Summit on April 5. A diverse supplier is defined as a U.S. privately held company that is 51% owned, managed, and controlled by a woman, minority, veteran, disabled veteran, person with a disability or a member of the LGBTQ+ community.

We’re looking for products that are innovative, disruptive, and exciting that are made by diverse suppliers who are prepared to meet our club pack, pallet or foodservice business model. Suppliers who apply for the summit should have or be in the process of obtaining at certification from at least one of the following:

  • National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC)
  • Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC)
  • U.S. Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce (USPAACC)
  • Disability:IN
  • National Veteran Business Development Council (NVBDC)
  • National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC)
  • WEConnect
  • Federal or local government agencies

If you meet the criteria and are interested in becoming a Sam’s Club supplier, click here to submit your company for the Supplier Diversity Summit*. The deadline to register is February 17, 2022, at 11:59pm PST. The summit will be held virtually on the ECRM Connect Platform.
