Sam’s Club Pharmacy Ranked Highest in Customer Satisfaction by J.D. Power

Best Customer Satisfaction with Mass Merchandiser Pharmacies, 7 Years in a Row

BENTONVILLE, Ark., July 29, 2022 – Sam’s Club ranks highest in Customer Satisfaction with Mass Merchandiser Pharmacies for the seventh consecutive year, according to the J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Pharmacy StudySM.

The study, now in its 14th year, was redesigned for 2022. It measures customer satisfaction with brick-and-mortar and mail order pharmacies. The study is based on responses from 12,142 pharmacy customers who filled a prescription within the past 12 months, and it was fielded from September 2021 through May 2022. The study found Sam’s Club to have the highest level of overall satisfaction among brick-and-mortar mass merchandiser pharmacies, with a score of 759.

According to the study, respondents rated Sam’s Club #1 in pharmacy offerings meet my needs which includes medication & health and wellness services. In addition to its robust RxSavings program where all patients have access to discounted prescriptions, Sam’s Club also has Optical Centers and Hearing Aid centers in the majority of its nearly 600 locations.
