We don’t think tacos should be relegated to Taco Tuesday, especially when you have something this easy and elevated. Our merchants have taken our traditional fish taco kit to the next level with this new blackened salmon offering. And they are divine! Here’s what you’ll get in the kit: cooked blackened salmon, 12 flour tortillas, fresco cheese, crunchy cabbage, and cilantro ranch dressing. These salmon street tacos that are fresh and flavorful and don’t require a lot of time in the kitchen – which is always bonus points for me.

Member’s Mark Greek Salad, $5.98/lb

Since we’re on the topic of food … while it may still be cold in most parts of the country, but I’ve been craving fresh, tangy summer flavors, which is exactly what we serve up with our Member’s Mark Greek Salad. Our take on the traditional dish is uncomplicated but full of flavor with rows of creamy feta cheese, marinated olives, pepperoncini peppers, grape tomatoes and red onions - all atop a crisp bed of romaine lettuce. It’s quickly become a regular in my Pickup order rotation. And if you’re a fan of Mediterranean flavors, I think you’ll love it, too!
